This May, I’m honoring history — the movements, the voices, and the everyday people who stood for something bigger than themselves.

May has long been a month of action. In 1886, thousands of workers took to the streets in what became known as the Haymarket Affair, demanding fair wages and an eight-hour workday — a moment that sparked what we now recognize as International Workers’ Day on May 1st. It was never just about labor — it was about dignity, access, and reclaiming the right to live well.

These early movements weren’t driven by power or profit. They were driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to the basics: health, safety, and support.

In that same spirit, I’m offering personal training sessions for $30 throughout May — to open the door a little wider for those who want to care for their bodies, but may not always have the extra to spare.

This is about honoring where we’ve come from — and continuing the quiet revolution of making wellness more accessible. Because strength, support, and self-care aren’t luxuries — they’re foundations for a better life.

Who This Is For

Personal Training is for anyone looking for a more intentional and supportive approach to fitness whether you're new to strength training, returning after time away, or simply looking to move with more purpose.

This is for you if:

  • You value proper form, technique, and injury prevention

  • You’re looking for a customized approach that fits your lifestyle

  • You’re curious about breath-led movement or mind-body connection

  • You want support in creating consistency and long-term results


What To Expect

These are single, pay-as-you-go sessions — no strings, no packages, just real support when you need it.
You’ll have the option to choose between a Strength session (focused on building stability, mobility, and power) or a Metabolic Conditioning session (designed to boost endurance, burn energy, and build functional fitness).

Each session is tailored to your current fitness level, whether you’re just getting started or ready to push a little further.
Come as you are — these sessions are built to meet you there.

For the month of May extra space will be available for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.

Contraindications

While our Services are designed to be accessible for all, there are certain conditions for which this practice may not be appropriate. Please review the following contraindications before participating: 

    • Cardiovascular issues (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, previous heart attacks)

    • Epilepsy or a history of seizures

    • Glaucoma or detached retina

    • Recent major surgery or injury

    • Severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

    • Uncontrolled diabetes

    • Pregnancy (Breathwork may not be suitable for all stages; consult with a healthcare provider)

    • Severe musculoskeletal injuries (e.g., recent fractures, herniated discs, joint instability)

    • Chronic pain conditions that could worsen with physical activity

    • Any medical conditions that restrict physical movement (e.g., recent surgeries, severe arthritis)

    • Severe psychological trauma or PTSD (should be approached with caution)

    • Active psychosis or dissociative disorders

    • Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol
